Refund policy

We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Exchange will be initiated only under the following Conditions:-

If the product reached to you is defective then contact us within 48 hrs of delivery. 

Unpackaging video is required from the start of opening the parcel.

360 video with no cuts is mandatory.

Exchange / Replacement Policy Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.
